Business Loan EMI Calculator

How to use the business loan EMI calculator

Use the calculator above to estimate the monthly instalment (EMI) on a business loan from ₹50K to ₹250 Cr. Set the loan amount, the interest rate per year and the tenure in years or months. You instantly see your monthly EMI, the total interest, the total amount payable and a year-wise repayment table showing principal, interest and balance. It is free and needs no sign-up.

How the EMI is calculated

EMI = P × r × (1 + r)n ÷ ((1 + r)n − 1), where P is the loan amount, r is the monthly interest rate (annual rate ÷ 12 ÷ 100) and n is the number of monthly instalments. For example, a ₹25,00,000 loan at 10.5% a year for 10 years gives an EMI of about ₹33,734 a month, with total interest of about ₹15,48,050 and a total payable of about ₹40,48,050.

What the results mean

Total interest is the cost of borrowing over the full tenure. Total payable is principal plus interest. The year-wise table shows how the balance falls each year: early instalments are mostly interest, and later ones are mostly principal.

Ways to lower your EMI

A longer tenure lowers the monthly EMI but raises the total interest you pay. A lower interest rate or a larger down payment lowers both. Try different amounts, rates and tenures to find a repayment you can comfortably afford from business cash flow.

Frequently asked questions

What is an EMI?

EMI stands for Equated Monthly Instalment. It is the fixed amount you pay every month to repay a loan, covering part principal and part interest.

Is this EMI calculator free?

Yes. The Loanbazaar EMI calculator is free to use and does not need a sign-up.

What loan amounts can I calculate?

You can calculate EMIs for business loans from ₹50K up to ₹250 Cr.

Is the EMI shown the exact amount I will pay?

The result is an estimate based on the amount, rate and tenure you enter. The final EMI depends on the lender, the interest rate offered, processing fees and the final loan terms.

Does a longer tenure reduce the total cost?

No. A longer tenure reduces the monthly EMI but increases the total interest paid over the life of the loan.
